Kanji's Make your own Peanut Butter
I am a huge fan of Peanut Butter, but one primary concern that most nutritionists have thrown at me is that you want to try to maintain a 10% or lower (if possible) of saturated fats in your foods so I decided it would be easier to just make my own.
