This is great for a quick and tasty breakfast for your family. I got this recipe from Paula Deen but I made it more healthy made it my own. But I do love Paula.
This is so good you will love it and it is low calorie. I sure hope you like it.
This fiber-rich chili is brimming with beans and veggies. It’s spicy enough to please grown-up palates but mild enough for kids, making it the perfect family meal.
Tip: Use the shredding disc on your food processor to make quick work of chopping, but be careful not to overdo it. If you chop too finely, the mixture releases too much liquid. Add the veggies in the order in which they’re listed — the onions go in last.

This cake is one of my favorite it is yum-o so I wanted to share it with all of you.. Now I have the nutrients per serving and will add them at the end. SP recipes doesn't have one of the ingredients isn't in the ingredients.
Another yummy no salty potato chips for me. Calories are not that high as being shown in the N Info they are 146 a half a serving.
I love this cheese it is really healthy for you .I hope you enjoy it as much as me. The right calories for this are at the bottom..
