Mediterranean Lamb and Chick Pea Stew

Warming and full of vitamins on a cold day. A whole meal in a bowl... Serve with yoghurt and pita bread to round out the plate if desired!

Mexican Pot Roast

A fun way to enjoy a nice piece of pot-roasting meat! Great served with brown rice, tortillas, fat free sour cream or your choice of delicious Mexican accompaniments. (An olive lover tells me this would be good with black olives....)
