I made these for my lovely diabetic husband.
This was my first attempt at a green smoothie.
Mashed potatoes and greens. Perfect. This equals leftovers for days.
While snowed in, the husband and I decided to use up some pantry and frozen foods. This is what we came up with. The second time we did this we changed it up so feel free to add/subtract anything. This is seriously easy.
