A friend gave me this recipe and I couldn't find anything that was just like it in sparks recipes, so I added it.
Found a similar recipe, but it called for flour and sugar and I don't do either of those, so I thought I would try my hand at removing those ingredients and I thought it came out pretty good.
A friend gave me this recipe and I had no clue what the nutritional value was, so I thought I would share this.
Also, haven't made them yet, either so don't know how they taste, but will update when I do. Also, not sure how many this makes, it depends on how big you make them I guess.
Had extra pumpkin and ricotta so thought I would throw this together to see what it would taste like.
I found this recipe the other day and really wanted to try it. So this recipe is truly not my own. But I wasn't ready to use up 242 calories for one muffin. So I tweaked the recipe a bit. Thought I would eliminate the fat and the whole egg, and substitute some of the flax meal for oatmeal.
This goes great over Yogurt or oatmeal for breakfast or as a snack with nuts and sugar free cool whip(extra ingredients not calculated. I had a bunch of apples and rhubarb, so decided to try this recipe out.
Wanted to implement more seafood into my diet, so I thought making a lowfat crab salad would be a great lunch.
Wanted to try our hand at making a better chowder then what is in the cans. Not sure that I have managed to do that, but it tasted great
I love to have breakfast for dinner once in a while. This is one of my favorite breakfasts and easy.
Wanted to try our hand at making our own ground up chicken and using it to make meatloaf.
Decided to make homemade turkey soup after having a turkey for New Years day and didn't want to waste any of the bits and peices.
This is just something I put together with ingredients that I had on hand and wanted to try to do it up light.
Had a few Items on hand and wanted to have something that wasn't going to weigh me down for the night.
This is a great way to enjoy holiday dessert without all the calories and carbs.
