Instead of using all that bread, used a cored green apple for some extra flavor instead! Hey that rhymes. Lol
Blend ingredients after a hard workout and enjoy. Even add a drop of cool whip for dessert earlier in the day ! (cool whip not included in calculation)

I'm not sure if I love or hate this lol...But its not bad for you...Drain can of chicken and rinse in cold water, drain again (removes some sodium).
High in healthy fats, vitamins and nutrients, low in carbs and high in protein! Is not a good option for low fat diets!
Primarily to go with turkey meatballs and make it easier for me to enter. Do not suggest using this if you are on a 40 30 30 or low carb diet!
