A delicious crawfish etoufee that I occasionally add chicken breast tenderlolins to. This recipe's nutrtional information is for 1 cup of crawfish etoufee only (chicken, rice or cornbread is NOT included).
Delicious! Great for parties. This makes 22-1/2 cup servings.
If you don't like brown rice, try mixing it with white rice and eating it this way.
Tastes great with 4 ounces of lean chicken or steak. (Add meat after garlic is browned and stir-fry until cooked) Rice or noodles are not included in the nutritional value.
Ground turkey can be used instead of ground pork to reduce the calories
