This was inspired by a need to clean out the fridge. I am sure that adding extra veggies (Squash, zucchini, or diced tomatoes would be great in it too.) This is with no extra sodium added. Sodium could be further decreased by making your own veggie base.
I got this off the back of the morningstar box. I eliminated the butter, and also eliminated the extra salt, because I knew it would be high anyway. The recipe is listed online here http://www.morningstarfarms.co

This is the Chicken Pot Pie my Mama made me as a child. When I got older, she shared it with me. Although, her version tastes a little different to me (I think it is the Love she puts in), this is a delicious and healthy dish!
