This gluten free vegan fudge is easy, sinfully sweet, and only has under 4 g of sugar per one inch square!
These are the easiest muffins you'll ever make. They're soft and tasty and no one ever has to know how easy they were!
Green cupcakes! Awesome recipe. Even better- make them and then set out assorted frosting/sprinkles and have the kids help decorate them!
The easiest, tastiest soup!
HUGE portion! Meat free, egg free, dairy free, cholesterol free! This is a recipe (slightly different) that I found on veria.com. I couldn't find the recipe for the tofu ricotta that they use because, for some reason, they don't list it.
This is pretty much just like Sparkpeople's Low Fat Granola, except I substituted the maple syrup for agave nectar (it isn't weird- you can find it at Wal-Mart by the sugar- not sugar! Perfect!) and I left out the dried fruit, switched up the nuts a bit, and saved nearly 100 calories per serving.
Recipe from Cori Loughman of Greenfield, Ind.
A fantastic twist on a seasonal classic!
I lightened it up a little bit: from almost 700 calories per serving to under 350!
Follow your nose!! This "Toucan" Chili is an easy, delicious version of a hearty, vegetarian chili. It has FAR less fat and sodium than conventional canned chilis and ZERO cholesterol.
I make my daughter Kraft Mac and Cheese with Rice Milk and Smart Balance Light. Okay, I like it too... :) By making it this way, I save 124 calories per serving!!
This is made with Smart Balance light and Rice Milk instead of the normal butter and whole milk. Save 30 calories per serving and 4.2 grams of fat.
Bite sized lasagna pieces are perfect for kids, lunch on the go, or just people who love fun food. Be careful, you might not be able to stop after just one serving!!
These are wonderfully EASY meatballs. Ground turkey instead of beef makes it easier on the belly and heart!
This is a tasty alternative to deep fat fried french fries. You save calories without skimping on flavor!!
This is a super yummy breakfast bread and with only 4 ingredients, it's easy, too!!
Pumpkin pie made with fresh pumpkin. Makes 8 slices
A yummy, MUCH lower calorie version of the traditional pumpkin pie. It's 150 calories less than my original recipe per slice!!
This is an easy, yummy salad that even the biggest meat-and-tater guy will love.
This is a mix of potato and clam chowder. It's super yummy and wonderful for busy winter weekdays. *Note: If you aren't too fond of a really fishy taste, use a can of plain clams (meat only) instead of the white clam sauce. You'll also save on fat and calories, I believe.
