A healthier alternative to regular oatmeal cookies.
I got 10.5 1 cup servings out of this.
The sodium is kind of high on this recipe, but I'm sure using dried chickpeas and no salt added diced tomatoes could lower that.
I'm not a huge fan of fish, but this recipe turned out great! Served with a side of salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
This is really good on a nice crunchy rye cracker.
Served on the side of an extra lean ground beef burger, mixed veg stir fry and some brown rice. Was a nice addition!
Light tasting, veggie friendly salad. Can add or substitute all kinds of veggies to your liking!
Great as a side dish or for a light meal

This recipe was taken from the Canadian Living website.
Good for breakfast or low cal enough as a snack
Slight variation on the Canadian Living Three Bean Chili. I also added a dash of cayenne to kick it up a notch.
I've made the Weight Watchers Zero Point soup several times. It's okay, but I figured if I substituted things I prefer, I might be able to make it more to my taste... I LOVED it!
Makes 9 1 cup servings
I made some changes to the original recipe that called for blueberries instead of strawberries and used vanilla frozen yogurt instead of low fat vanilla yogurt. I also used a frozen banana
