The sodium is kind of high on this recipe, but I'm sure using dried chickpeas and no salt added diced tomatoes could lower that.

I'm not a huge fan of fish, but this recipe turned out great! Served with a side of salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Chick-Pea and Banana Spread

This is really good on a nice crunchy rye cracker.

Red Salsa

Served on the side of an extra lean ground beef burger, mixed veg stir fry and some brown rice. Was a nice addition!

I've made the Weight Watchers Zero Point soup several times. It's okay, but I figured if I substituted things I prefer, I might be able to make it more to my taste... I LOVED it!

Left Over Quick Chicken Chili

Fruit n Juice Breakfast Shake

I made some changes to the original recipe that called for blueberries instead of strawberries and used vanilla frozen yogurt instead of low fat vanilla yogurt. I also used a frozen banana
