This is just a simple "stew" that I make in my crockpot. You can pretty much play around with it as much as you want. The original recipe calls for 2 lbs rather than 2 1/4, but I had a little extra stew meat, so I threw it in with mine. If you use 2 lbs instead, that would decrease the total calorie count by 220 and fat by 13g total.
This is a way to make your own chicken broth.

This is a nice and thick smoothie. I use the frozen fruit in order to thicken it up. You could use fresh fruit, but you would need to add ice cubes to thicken it up.
I absolutely love Clif Bars and wanted to find a recipe to make them at home. I found this recipe on a blog called Enlightened Cooking and wanted to upload it here so that I could use it to track my food. I hope you guys enjoy it as well.
