Pork Boston Butt Roast

This recipe is so easy. The roast falls off the bone and is so tender. Served with steamed veggies, it makes as excellent entree for dinner. It also is very good to freeze. I can't take all the credit for this recipe, my sister made it for me when I visited her once.
