This is the perfect complement to Corned Beef and Cabbage on St. Patty's Day. This is also wonderful with a simple grilled steak, or a tangy chicken dish. Enjoy!
Using flavored beers (i.e., Woodchuck hard cider - any flavor - or Sam Adams Cherry Wheat, etc.) will give a delicious flavor and body to this bread. This is great as a gourmet sandwich bread for pulled pork sandwiches.

This is an adaptation of a Betty Crocker Cookbook recipe. It called for butter/margarine. Olive oil spray was used in place of all of the butter/margarine.
A delicious meal by Rachael Ray. Sweet and spicy, this dish will please all palates.
