This is an easy dessert that is low-sugar and low-fat but very satisfying. Serve it hot or cold, it is very good with a little granola sprinkled on top for crunch.
This is a mild chili with no heat but lots of flavor. It makes 3.5 quarts, so you can feed a crowd or freeze portions for easy meals later on. The cooking time is 6-8 hours in a slow cooker, to make on a stovetop the simmer time is 30-45 minutes.
