Black bean Vegi Lasagna

A Wonderful low fat version of a favorite comfort food.

Breakfast sandwich

chopped green pepper, {I use frozen},Add 1 eggland's best egg, 1 mushroom sliced, 1 tbs c 1 Tbs Hormel bacon bits, 1 Tbs onion,(I use minced) Mix well, breaking yolk. Microwave on high 1 minute. Spread cheese on bun. Enjoy!

Spray bowl with a mist of olive oil spray or Pam. Place all ingredients together in sprayed bowl. Mix slightly, breaking yolk. Microwave for 1.5 minutes. Eat and enjoy! For vegetarian leave out the bacon bits

Substitute Greek yogurt for mayo.
