This is a quick and delicious meal that the whole family will love. Serve this over quinoa for a very delicious and healthy alternative to boring brown rice.
This is a double recipe. If you are eating alone, you can wrap the other half in foil and stick in in the fridge. To reheat, you just pop it in the oven! I use leftovers to make these in a snap!
This is ggreat on a whole wheat thin bun with lettuce!
This is so good, you'll swear it's not healthy! It's easy and perfect for casual entertaining, especially in cold weather.
This is really sinfully good for only 299 calories and 11 grams of fat!
I made these into RATS in BLOOD for Halloween:) you shape them into a teardrop shape and stick a piece of uncooked spaghetti in for whiskers and a tail...a green pea nose and mushroom slice ears! The kids got a real kick out of it.
This is VERY delicious! Keep potatoes and peppers chopped and frozen on hand to make this super quick. If you don't have a small iron skillet, you can double the recipe and freeze or refrigerate the leftovers wrapped in plastic wrap.
This makes a yummy side dish to grilled fish or steamed seafood. It's vey versatile, it could be served alongside a variety of main courses. You can also cut this up wash and dry thoroughly and put it in a storage bag in the fridge a few days ahead of time to have a quick side dish.
