From the Kraft recipe magazine, but I added in some veg to fill it out and reduced the cheese by a lot!
From all recipes UK. I halved it from the one on the website and have reflected it in the ingredients list.
From the Clay-Pot cookbook. This is to be cooked in a Morocan-style tagine clay-pot.
From iVillage recipes. They claimed it was 600 calories, but they always seem to be completely off, so I completely trust the recipe calculator on here! Very good deal!

UK Note: Being that there is no tomatoes with green chiles in England I have used 1 can of tomatoes with red chiles and 2 of regular crushed tomatoes.
Wanted to put together a yummy make-yourself sandwich filler. This one can also be made with tuna in you prefer. Very tasty!
Got this from one of my mom's recipe magazines, but tweaked it to make it healthier. Also halved it without reducing veggies for extra servings of the good stuff!
