This recipe include liver to give you iron and Vitamin C to help you absorb it.

Simply double, triple or quadruple the quantities if you need more servings

Drink this and you won't go short on Vitamin C!

This was delish! In a subtle twist on the usual recipe, it's topped with butternut squash.

Cheesy Oat Biscuits (Zone)

Whilst these aren't perfectly balanced they are within acceptable Zone range. 1 biscuit makes a great snack, and in a rush, if you grab 3 you have a meal on the go!

Creamy Banana Yogurt (SCD, GF)

Quick and easy dessert, useful if you can tolerate fat and need to stop/slow/reverse weight loss as it is fairly high in calories

Leek, Turkey & Oat Soup (Zone)

A slow-cooker soup for the winter months, very loosely based on the Irish Brotchan Roy.

Makes 4 servings of 3-blocks each for the Zone Diet.

To reduce the sodium count I actually used Lo-Salt not normal salt (I'm in the UK, not sure what equivalents to Lo-Salt are available elsewhere.......)

Fruity turkey salad (Zone)

This flavourful salad was designed to provide a 3-block zone meal, but would be suitable for many other diet plans.
