This is kind of a twist on cassoulet--just one meat, but lots of garlic and rosemary.
Most the recipes use broccoli slaw; I used broccoli heads and regular cabbage slaw.
I had a salad similar to this in Jerome, AZ, in a restaurant called the Asylum. It was an old State hospital converted to a hotel and restaurant.
I made this at home based on a a similar dish I had at Lime Taqueria in Atlanta.
