This is very good and low in calories, but high in flavor. I fixed this for myself and husband today but my step-son and hubby wanted something to eat so I gave it to them and made more for myself later. They loved it infact my son told his Dad that it was really good.
I came up with this recipe when I wanted to make my meat loaf for my family. My husband absolutely loves these. They are easy to get the serving size right because they are all the measured out into individual meat loaves and since they are individuals, they take less time to bake also.
This is a favorite of mine. Really quick to fix. I serve it with Jiffy Cornbread for a very good and easy meal. It clocks in around 210 cal. per serving, including cornbread.
This is made in layers starting with first ingredient and moving down the list.
Everytime we have a family dinner, I am requested to bring this salad. It is always eaten and never any leftovers.
I used Light Miracle Whip and Fat-Free and 2% Milk Cheeses for the calculations.
This is a recipe that I came up with myself. I always made it by the add and dump method, never measuring anything. When we did a cookbook for the parent's 50th anniversary, my sister insisted that I make it and measure everything so I could put it in the cookbook. She absolutely loves it.
A serving size is about 2 Tbsp.
