Serve hot or cold - this salad is refreshing. A great item for a picnic since there is no mayo!
Mac 'n Cheese Pie
I changed this from the original which used a whole box of deluxe mac & cheese to just 1/2 box, and instead of 4 eggs, I use 2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites. You can easily use your favorite vegetables, or whatever you have on hand, and whatever cheese you like - or just skip the cheese!
Coke Salad
Oh so good! A family favorite. Many people call it Bing Cherry Salad, but our family has called it Coke Salad for years now!
