Sugar Free Cocoa Granola serving size 1/2 C

This recipe uses Erythritol and Stevia to add sweetness. I purposely left out the "add on" ingredients as I have 6 kids and 5 out of 6 enjoy it plain! I can easily add coconut or nuts and track the calories seperately anyway. Hope you enjoy this delicious breakfast/anytime snack. It is also great with yogurt!!

This unique cake uses garbanzo beans and no flour! Very yummy. Serving size 1/16 of recipe (either 1/16 of a double layer cake or 1/8 of the two 8" rounds)

This Gluten free recipe resembles a cheesecake. Very yummy!

This old Hungarian favorite satisfies for hours with it's high fiber content. Awesome served over a bed of spinach and topped with a dollop of sour cream.
