I absolutely love this dish, especially for lunch! Traditionally not with mushrooms, I find they add a more filling ingredient without many calories. Also great with baby corn, bean sprouts, & especially bamboo shoots.
A great way to use up carrots while getting your veggie fix. Helps soothe my sweet tooth.
This recipe is much like the Cook Yourself Version, but with a few tweaks.
Amazing! All the Thai with none of the oil! Big serving too!!!
From Devin Alexander's The Most Decadent Diet Ever!
You'll need 4 ramekins.
Need to get rid of potatoes or make quick meals to freeze? Welcome to your recipe.
I make this in my crock pot for quick and easy "tv dinner" lunches.
You can lower the sodium yourself if that is a concern. I use bouillon but its not necessary as many use their own flavorings.
It doesn't disappoint!
Adapted from LOSER1231 recipe "Black Bean Chicken" but I added in some things that I like and made it a tad less basic. Heck yeah! Mostly re-reciped it because its easier for me to
Like WW recipe, just different to suit our tastes. Like the whole there not being carrots part haha. If you add carrots, make sure to blanch them first!!!
"This frosty dessert that relies on an ice cream freezer is a refreshing end to a spring or summer meal. The burst of lime in each spoonful is complemented by a pleasant hint of honeydew. -Taste of Home Test Kitchen"
Really pretty as a garnish, instead of bread, or when you just want a pretty bite of cheese. Tasty!
This is my basic recipe. I love it with a side of rice and a veggie. You can also add ground turkey or shrimp to it to add in some protein.
I love chips of all kinds, but that doesn't mean they're all created equal! The best part about these chips is its the perfect way to use up corn tortillas. I use them in tacos and enchiladas, but when they're leftover, these are perfect!
Can be used with veggies, toast, on top of veggies/meats, or eaten as a snack. I have it serving four...but that's because I like the big quantity!
From Recipe Zar minus the olive oil because I use cooking spray and a touch less flour... I usually add more water too depending on how hungry I am.
Planning on using it on chicken and veggies! Pretty excited because I know I can freeze it. Especially good for when I buy too much cauliflower!
Just what it says! I'm testing it out as it was given to me. Hopefully it works!
My husband and I are obsessed with blackberries, and this way we can have them in our desserts any time of year. Simply substitute a few strawberries or raspberries if blackberries aren't in season. This recipe is nearly identical to that of Hungry Girl's "Strawberry Shortycakes."
Mashed potatoes you can finally eat guilt free!!!
From Hungry Girl 200 under 200, with a few changes.
