Got this from the Flat Belly Diet Cookbook
This is a really good dish. I made changes to an original version and made it lower in fat.
My husband and daughter both liked it.
This is a great side dish. YOu can actually add cooked ground turkey or beef to make it a complete 1 dish dinner.
Got this recipe out of the April 2009 Cooking Light book. It called for Butterscotch morsels, but I substituted semisweet chocolate ones instead. Very sweet, but great when you need a chocolate fix
This came from a crockpot cookbook, easy and good. I added the mushrooms part of it and found it was really good.

I got this recipe from Cooking Light May 2009 issue. It was a Ligthened up version for a full fat version. My husband really likes this. I have made a few changes. Instead of lowfat yogurt I used non-fat, and instead of using 1/3 cup butter. I used 1/2 cup or 4 Tablespoons and instead of 4.5 ox canned green chiles I used a 7oz can.
