This recipe is simple and delicious. I used frozen chopped broccoli, but fresh broccoli can be used as well. Brussels sprouts also do well as a replacement for broccoli. Add more or less balsamic vinegar to taste.
A weight watchers recipe. There is another recipe listed, but the per serving nutrition information is incorrect. For this recipe, 1 serving is about 1 cup of soup. Recipe makes 4 servings.
My mom's homemade recipe. I reduced the sugar from her recipe. I've also made it without the sugar and it was still good (great for replacing part of the oil in baked dishes).
