Found recipe online (not really sure where) and made some minor modifications
Used the Morning Muffin (whole wheat) recipe found on this site, just substituted the flour with 3/4 cup almond flour and .5 cup gluten free flour mix. You might have to get gluten free oat flour instead of oats
This is a filling and healthy breakfast sandwhich full of protein. See Turkey Sausage, Low Sodium recipe to make the sausage.
This is similar to Chef Megs recipe except that I wanted the nutritional value of the turkey instead of pork with a larger serving size.
I use these to make a healthy sausage, egg and cheese breakfast bagel.
