THE PREVIOUS POSTER SHOWED THESE NUTRITUIONAL FACTS WRONGLY! I AM ON ALOT OF DIFFERENT DIETS SO I HAD TO REDO THE NUTRITIONAL FACTS IN THIS RECIPE TO SEE IF I COULD EAT IT. THESE ARE THE CORRECT FACTS AS THE RECIPE WAS WRITTEN BY THE PREVIOS POSTER. THIS IS NOT MY ORIGINAL RECIPE. IT IS HOWEVER, A GOOD ONE. I DID ADD-IN 1 TEASPOON OF FINELY GROUND CRUSHED RED PEPPER FLAKES FOR SOME SPICE.THE ADDITION OF THE RED PEPPER IS NOT FIGURED INTO THE NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION.
