After having a Capresse Sandwich on vacation in Puerto Rico, we needed to recreate this at home. It was delicious! This version is almost exactly the same. Excellent! Well worth the calories.

Joy's Creamy Ground Venison Meat Sauce

This tastes much better than it looks! Super Easy! It is great served over mashed potatoes or pasta. You can add french style green beans, mushrooms, onions, or others if you want more veggies.

Joy's Chicken Salad with Mustard Dressing

Very simple idea with a rotisserie chicken. The dressing (mayo/mustard/sour cream) is what makes this salad. Each serving contains 4 TBSP of dressing.

Joy's Almond Butter Hummus

I no longer buy hummus, this is fantastic. Great for dipping veggies or pitas. Great sandwich spread (my favorite is whole wheat bread, hummus and cucumbers)
