Variation on childhood favorite. You could cut the calories by using reduced fat peanut butter or possibly almond butter. You could also cut back on the chocolate. If you have leftover mixture, try using as a dip for strawberries!

Notes: he says this makes four servings. I have found that it tends to serve more like six..and you can add grilled chicken breast on the side to extend it for more people. Of course, then it isn't vegetarian either. I also omit the olives.
