Chicken and Snow pea stir-fry on Brown rice

This was an awesome meal!! it was way to much for just me so I'm putting it down for two people!! Also I use the already cooked grilled chicken to cut the time down.Hope you enjoy it!

Healthy Tuna Salad

This sounds like a very odd way to eat tuna, but I tried it today and it was GREAT!!! I hope you will try it! This amount should be enough to feed two people for lunch.. maybe with something on the side??
