I generally prefer reduced-fat to fat-free cheese, but these mushrooms are surprisingly tasty with fat-free. Though the directions say to use 1/8 teaspoon cayenne, I'd recommend that you use somewhere between a pinch and 1/8 teaspoon. A pinch seems too little and 1/8 teaspoon seems slightly too much. That said, if you love mushrooms, you just may find these to be a regular part of your reperoire after the first bite.
If those drive-thru burgers call your name, this is, hands down, definitely the burger for you! As a kid and teen, I was addicted to fast food, so I was determined to recreate those drive-thru flavors and secret sauces at home. This burger is much, much leaner than any your're likely to find at a fast food restaurant, but the sauce makes it taste so reminiscent of them. I often make this burger in a low-carb tortilla instead of a hamburger bun and I always add a few more pickles. If you're watching your sodium closely, you may not want to stick to it "as is" below.
