Made this recipe from EatingWell, but modified it to use brown rice instead of white and used canned beans (no sodium added) instead of cooking our own.
This is a recipe that I got off of a website that I frequent.
We always have trouble with sodium, so we're constantly trying to lower the amount of sodium we use. We bought no salt added garbanzo beans and skipped the salt to make this hummus and we were very happy with the flavor. Obviously you could add salt to taste if you think it needs it.
