Gluten free Vegan Cornbread

This recipe is taken and slightly adjusted, from Brittany at http://realsustenance.com.

If you need a lower fat version- you can cut back on the amount of butter by half- and replace it equally with additional Non Dairy Milk. (In other words 1 1/2 cups milk/ 1/4 Cup Melted Butter)

Beef and bean casserole

You can add almost anything to this recipe. We have a lot of food sensitivities so I make things as plain as possible, You could add diced tomatoes, onions, taco seasoning, or anything your mouth desires. It's delicious served with cornbread

Green Berry Smoothie

Green smoothie with veggies and fruit. I made this into 2 servings but you can reduce it to whatever you want. I drink it all over the course of the day. For extra Vit C I add in the packet of Emergen-C. This is optional of course

D's GF/DF Beef and Gravy

Gluten free version of easy to make beef and gravy. This recipe is based on 1 lbs of ground beef.

Green Spinach Smoothie

If you use fresh fruit they can be added before or after spinach, but frozen should be added last. I've found that the way you add ingredients can alter the taste of the drink. Maybe it's my imagination but to me it seems to matter.

Delta's Meatloaf

This is a variation on BH&G's recipe. It can be made more lean by substituting turkey for beef and not using the ketchup and brown sugar topping.

Beef & Asparagus Stir Fry

This is a variation the the bagged Asparagus Stirfry. Can also substitute sweet & sour with terriaki sauce or other sauce. I put this over whole grain brown rice which is not included in calorie count.
