I originally got this from eatingwell.com, but have had it on a recipe card for a few years and thought I'd share it here!
Made this on the fly, making sure to add some interesting spices to ensure flavour.
Easy, yummy, and high protein! This is basically JANEINE's recipe, with additional eggs and different herbs.
One of my favourite healthy muffins! 4g of fat and 9.2g of sugar per muffin.
Don't think "brownie", think "pleasant mild chocolate goodness". They are not a "wow" dessert, but they're so much less guilt-rendering! 9g sugar per serving.
When I'm being good and eating clean, these are my yummy breakfast standby. Egg free too! 9.2g sugar per muffin.
I admit I haven't made it in a long while, but I wrote EXCELLENT!! on the recipe card. I'll have to try it again very soon!
