Found this on the net when looking for something new to fix for dinner. I serve it with whole wheat couscous and steamed spinach.
Creamy Chicken and Vegetable Pasta
Angel Hair Pasta with a low fat creamy sauce with some yummy veggies for good measure!
Pork & Cabbage Stir Fry
This was a kitchen oops that turned out okay. I got the bright idea to make asian style cabbage rolls (think eggrolls in cabbage leaves instead of the wonderful crispy wantons) and then I discovered there must be a gift to wrapping food in a leaf and God did not bestow that gift upon me. LOL
Apple Fluff
A sweet crunchy dessert that taste a lot like caramel apples! This is my husband's favorite bedtime snack!
