Recipe from the Herbal One Guide book, very tasty. I like to make two at a time, then portion and freeze the leftovers for an easy protein at a later date.
This is my favourite breakfast, with a piece of toast it gives you everything you need to start the day off right!

My variation using brown and wild rice and low sodium fat free chicken broth.
Just tossing some stuff in a pan with seasonings I like. Coriander, Basil, cumin, Rosemary, Thyme.
Just threw together a bunch of veggies with some pre chopped garlic and fried them up in my skillet
