These are delicious! High in protein and very low in fat
Taken from a simple Thai cooking book I have. I edited the recipe slightly to what was in my kitchen.
This is FABULOUS! I eat this whenever I get the chance. Definitely need to try it! Note: I am not including the calories for the bagel/bread because no bagel is created equal and it will be much more accurate if you add your brand to your food tracker along with this.
My favorite breakfast as of now. The texture of the Banana and cream cheese goes great together.

This is one of my favorite potato salads that I've created. One cup serving that's super creamy, loaded with veggies with a bit of a kick from Cayenne pepper (optional). Also with several variations!
Quick and easy to make. I like to replace the regular breadcrumbs with panko when I have them in the house for extra crunch!
The soup has to simmer for about and hour but it really isn't difficult to make. Just put on your timer and wander off for a while.
I found this recipe on the internet and altered it so it was veggie and what was in my fridge. Baked also and really good!
