A layered red and green pasta dish.
Replace oil and butter with tofu....use whole wheat flour....makes a low fat, low carb snack/dessert.
Other fruit juices, dried fruit or pureed fruit can be used as well.
These are low fat and los carb and can be freezed nicely.
A gorgeous veggie sandwich full of texture and freshness! Great on toasted bread too and hummus can be a nice addition. Raisins or Avocados can make a nice addition as well but significantly increase calories....
