This recipe has 2 ingredients, plus salt and pepper. I'm adding it because I think it's nice to remember the tastiness (and high potassium content) of turnips, especially in the wintertime.
The little bit of half and half makes it taste
creamy and delicious. I'm a sucker for turnips, especially in winter.
This is a nice sweet 'n' sour stir-fry I thought I'd share, since I just made it and it turned out to be delicious! It utilizes seitan as a protein source, which you can get in most health food stores. Seitan is made of wheat and has somewhat the consistency of chicken, but is vegetarian.
