Just tried this YouTube No-Knead Bread. Made a few adjustments. Instead of just white flour, replaced 2 of the 3 cups of flour with whole wheat flour, increased the amount of yeast and reduced the salt.
I'm trying to find and use sprouted flours in my cooking because it's suppose to be easier on the digestive system.
Recipe is from a Texan friend who gave it to me in exchange for a large bag of Pecans over 30 years ago.
I took a pumpkin rolls recipe from Bon Appetit, Nov 1990 & modified it. Instead of using regular flour, I substituted Sprouted Organic Spelt & Spring Wheat flour.
Found the above recipe from Whole Foods. Modified it using Greek Yogurt, using fresh Blueberries instead of frozen mixed berries because I had them on hand, with a bit of dried to make up the amount and left out the salt.
I took my traditional waffle recipe and made some changes to make them healthier. Instead of using just white flour, I exchanged some of the white for whole wheat and added some cooked steelcut oatmeal. I also eliminated the salt, since the baking powder already has salt.

An old Gourmet recipe that I've adjusted slightly. I eliminated the salt and increased the Vanilla Extract slightly.
