You can change the veggies to suit your tastes. We make this alot and use whatever we have on hand!
I use ground turkey and ground turkey sausage, but you can replace it with ground beef and ground pork sausage.
This is a variation of Bruce Fife's Coconut Butter Cookies out of "Cooking with Coconut Flour". His recipe did not include the pecans. These cookies are similar to macaroons. The nutrition info uses somersweet, so you will need to change it for real sugar.
