NANARETH FROM ALASKA HOME COOKING Moose Burger 1 lb ground moose 2 TBL. steak sauce 2 teaspoons minced garlic 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper 1/2 cup oats 1 egg Mix and make into 4 , 4 oz patties.
