I made this for lunch one day and it was really good. I served it over brown rice. The Shrimp could be substituted with other meats or it can be served vegetarian with no meat at all..
These were very tasty. The egg, oatmeal, and bread crumbs help keep them moist.

This comes together pretty quicklyfor spaghetti sauce. You could use diced stewed tomatoes instead of the fresh one. My wife and daughter both gobbled this up. Freezes well so leftovers can become a quick dinner for another night.

I just made this recipe up tonight and it turned out so good I had to share it with the world. I thought it was going to turn out to be a lot more calories than it did, but it turned out to be less than 200 calories per breast. I used the skin-on kind to keep the breasts juicy and allow the seasonings to penetrate the meat better. The Lime zest boosts the lime flavor without too much sour, and the pina colada mix gives it sweetness.
Very good and filling. Parmesan Garlic seasoning has a couple of calories, but shouldn't really be enough to matter. This is pretty much a complete dinner in one dish.
This was a really good recipe that our daughter even gobbled down. There are others out there, but we were trying to cut calories wherever possible.
This is the same recipe as the one submitted by 27SANDRA, but the ingredients have all been calculated correctly. I did not include the bun in this because the calories in buns vary greatly. This recipe really tastes great, but It doesn't hold together in patties very well. I would recommend pan-frying instead of grilling.

I wanted seafood and I came up with this. It is pretty good.
I got some stuff from the asian market and wanted to try making something new. This makes a whole lot of soup with very few calories. The tamarind soup base is much better than vinegar for making it sour.
This is a lower fat higher fiber version of a dish I grew up with. It is very creamy and tastes pretty great.

I was in the mood for some roasted chicken, so I made it my way. This can be made without the Olive oil to save calories, but it won't taste as good and the skin won't get as crispy.
Round tends to bedry, but the olive oil helps a lot.
I got some deer from a friend and wanted to cook it so my daughter would eat it. She likes it and couldn't really tell it wasn't beef.
This stuff is really good and very filling. It is also really good for you. You can substitute a ham bone for the ham hock, but it won't be nearly as good if you leave it out completely.
