This is probably one of my all time favourite things to eat. You will be surprised by how many "haters" might enjoy this. I've been pretty generous with my estimation as to how much butter was used, a little will go a long way, though, so only add as much as is to your taste!

Great home made tzatziki! Better than anything you'll find in a grocery store and as good, if not better than something from a real, true greek kitchen. An old family recipe.

Yummy Sesame Onion Salad Dressing

I eat this almost every day -- it is so amazing with Spinach. I add sliced beets, pumpkin seeds, goat cheese, walnuts, cranberries, sunflower seeds (not all at the same time!!) or just about anything else I have kicking around the house.

Easy Kettle Corn

This is a great munchie-buster. You can eat a lot of this for very minimal calories. Makes a great movie night snack. You could also add pretzels, dried fruit or nuts to make more of a snack mix.

Classic Baked Beans

A basic homemade baked bean recipe. Very good with cornbread or a great loaf of homemade whole wheat bread. To reduce the calories and fat of this recipe, remove the salt pork/bacon. It will save you approx. 160 cal per serving!

Easy Apple Crisp

My favourite apple crisp recipe, tweaked a little. Still has all of the flavour, its just a little bit better for you! This is a VERY forgiving recipe, so please play with it to suit your taste.

Original Recipe:

1 C flour
1 C oats
1 C packed brown sugar
1C margarine or butter (hard)
cinnamon
