Peppery Veggie Omelet

This is a healthy egg breakfast --- packed with lots of veggies for a tasty filling meal that is low in calories, low in sodium and high in protein and other nutrients.....a great way to start the day and feel satisfied for a long time. Other veggies may be added (or subtracted ) to acommodate personal tastes, but you get the idea. Also note.....I like my omelet absolutely stufffed to the limit.......amounts of veggies may also be added or reduced according to tastes.
