Low fat - check! Low sodium - check! Low carb - check! Delicious and tastes like the "real thing" - check!! I make these ahead of time and freeze them and them pull them out and reheat in a microwave as part of a healthy breakfast! The sodium level is actuall closer to 100 mg as the result of "rinsing/soaking" the Gimme Lean Sausage.
