Pumpkin Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats with Pumpkin

Two Cheese Spaghetti Squash

Taken from South Beach Diet.
Great as a side dish for any dinner.
Easy to make

Crab Stuffed Avocado

Taken from Chicken of the Sea:

Yummy, Yummy, Yummy is all I can say.
You can also modify this recipe to use large vine ripened tomatoes instead of avocado's (especially if your in an area that avocados are hard to find or super expensive).

I like this recipe because I'm a huge avocado & seafood fan & also because its full of the good fat!

Great for lunch or dinner.

Hope you enjoy it!

Oreo EyeBall Treat

This is a super yummy, super easy recipe that is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. They are very rich, so you only need 1 or 2 to satisfy that craving. After you've made this flavor - its easy to find other flavors - just mix and match the flavor cookies and chocolate (ex: PB cookies and dark chocolate, etc) - just be sure to recalculate your calories. Can be made with Neufchatel cheese too. Calories are usually a little lower, because I don't usually use all of the chocolate, but I calculated with the whole bag. Calculate your nutritionals based on how many balls you make. I usually make about 100. Great for parties - especially at Halloween - and great to make for gifts.

Low Cal Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

These cookies are great for when you need something to cure your sweet tooth without ruining your diet. Great for a little snack.

Banana Muffins

Yummy little low cal muffins.
You can also use vanilla flavoring instead of Almond - both taste great! Great for breakfast or a snack & if you have kids - they'll love them too & you won't feel bad about feeding it to them.

Italian Turkey Meatloaf (Crockpot or Oven)

This is absolutely one of my favorite meatloaf recipes. It is a great crock-pot recipe, but can easily be made on the fly and put in the oven. If using a crockpot, it works best in an oval pot (not the circle pot style) to maximize the juices. I have shared this with all my family members & every one of them loves it too - even my super picky eater of a nephew! You can use green peppers instead of red, I've used both. I recommend using a food processor/chopper to cut up peppers & onion to get very fine.
