Recipes I've Shared:
Adapted slightly from a recipe posted by David Lebovitz, this is a standard in our house. Easy to make, long-keeping and fantastic as a few T over some yogurt, this granola is fantastic and makes a great, healthy homemade gift. Check your local natural food store for great deals on the seeds, oats, and honey!
Pretty, simple, and you can get it all together and let it simmer while you work out
These are great as breakfast or a snack and freeze beautifully for future meals. It is a great way to use up any yogurt that is getting close to expiration. Instead of vanilla, you could use fat-free sour cream or plain yogurt and up the amount of sugar a bit, or use containers of fruit yogurt.
Great for when you don't have time for breakfast. Any other cereals that are finger-friendly can be used, and other dried fruits or chocolate chips which will of course change the nutritional value.
