Someone shared this at a recent ww meeting. I used a Jiffy mix instead of a regular size cake mix, and I then halved the other ingredients, which were 2 eggs and 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce.

This recipe was first made by my sister's German mother-in-law when she came to America for a visit. We hence call it her cookies.
