Meatloaf for now and later. Why not make more at one time and freeze for meals later. Most of the time it is cheaper to buy the 3 lb package of meat that the one pound. Other ingredients are also in that ratio. This receipe has more calories and grams of fat than is good not for a low-fat diet. The proof is in the meatloaf. Made with turkey sausage and extra lean there is a significant difference.
Divide it into 4 loaves and bake then into 4 portions. Have one for dinner and freeze others for another dinner.
Can be used with chicken breast or turkey.
